Speed & Technique Development
In person & online

Speed doesn't care
what sport you play.

An ongoing program to get faster in your sport: sprint mechanics, power output and movement technique. Measured at the start and retrained, session after session. Not a one-off test.

The Assessment

Three things decide how fast you get faster.

Every athlete starts with a speed, power and technique screening. It's the baseline everything else is built from. Not every test below is run for every athlete, the selection depends on your sport.

Who We Work With

Built for sports built on acceleration.

Whether it's a breakaway, a return, or a personal best, that first burst of speed usually decides the outcome. These are the sports we work with most.

How It Works

An ongoing program, not a one-off test.

Every athlete starts with a screening, then continues in regular sessions built on that plan. Speed is built over time, not in a single visit.

Sessions are built around your sport's own program, not a generic template, so speed work supports what you're already doing on the field, court, or track.

Checkpoints get retested as sessions continue, so progress against your own numbers stays visible, not just where you started.

01

On track screening

Sprint, power and technique tests are run live on the track, with starting position and footwear matched to your event.

02

Verbal overview

You get a brief, honest read on where you stand right after the session, while it's still fresh.

03

Written assessment

A full written report follows within 24 hours:

  • Results;
  • Strengths observed; and
  • Technical areas to work on.
04

Regular sessions

Ongoing sessions build on the plan week after week, targeting the specific technical areas flagged in the report.

05

Retesting the checkpoints

Splits and max velocity get retested on a regular basis, so you can see the numbers actually move.

A former international sprinter for Great Britain with 18 years in athletics, Edmond works with sprinters and multi sport athletes on the fundamentals that decide fast splits:

  • Start reaction
  • Acceleration
  • Top end mechanics
  • The technical detail underneath all three

Every athlete is assessed against real benchmarks for their age and event, then advised toward specific, measurable targets, not general fitness.
